At Tiny Turners we believe that healthy children are happy children. That is why our on-site cooks use the finest ingredients to provide nutritionally-balanced menus, with no added salt or sugar, for all our children. Our menus change twice a year and are based around seasonal fruit and vegetables, ensuring children get the recommended five portions of fruit and vegetables a day. Menus are displayed in each nursery. All our nursery cooks are happy to hear suggestions for new meal ideas from parents and often incorporate their ideas in their menus.
Each day we provide a healthy breakfast, lunch and tea as well as a morning and afternoon snack and drinking water is available throughout the day.

All our nurseries are regularly inspected and rated by Environmental Health Officers. Our ratings are on display at each nursery so you can see the high standards of hygiene and care we take when preparing and serving the children's food.
As well as our healthy food policy, we are passionate about promoting a healthy lifestyle in all our nurseries. The children all take part in physical activities, including our annual Sports Days, and enjoy the nurseries' gardens in all weathers! We also arrange visits to the nurseries from a wide range of professionals from dental nurses to school crossing patrol officers to talk to the children about staying healthy and safe.
